The Vestry
Vestry - Purpose
The St Bride's Charity Trustees meet once per month to discuss the life of St Bride's Church. The Vestry discuss matters both Temporal and Spiritual under the following umbrella categories:
- worship and formation (liturgy, retreats, pilgrimages)
- faith development (discussion groups, study groups, training)
- property (repairs & renovations, plans and protocols)
- finance
- outreach & growth
- events & concerts
- protection of children and vulnerable adults
The Vestry has a decision making and oversight role in respect of matters of finance and property.
The Vestry has an advisory and enabling role in respect of matters of worship and congregational formation.
