The St Bride's Property Sub-Committee
The Property Sub-Committee meet regularly to discuss issues relating to the property including repairs, maintenance, commpliance, development etc.
The Members of the Property Sub-Committee are -
- The Rector (Convenor)
- Mrs Alison Gifford (Minute Secretary)
- Fr. Kenneth Roach
- Mr Henry Russell
The Property Sub-Committee carries out work as requested by the Vestry.
Areas of work include -
- identifying property problems.
- undertaking minor repairs and routine maintenance.
- liaising with contractors and supervising site visits.
- drawing up protocols as requested.
- offering advice on the use of the property as requested.
The Property Sub-Committee makes recommendations for the Vestry to consider. It has no decision making powers.
